Celia for children and young people
Celia offers literature for children and young people, from the age of 1 upwards. For children and adolescent there is a small foreign-language book collection, which includes titles such as Winnie the Pooh, the Moomins and Harry Potter books in various languages. The collection contains also books in easy-to-read Finnish.
Celia's children's librarian Irmeli Holstein works in Library Services for children and young people. She also serves as a storyteller and ‘book champion' and also runs tactile book competitions. Minna Katela works at the user services, in addition to lending and cataloguing books for children and young people. Satu Jokinen takes photographs and is responsible for maintaining and posting tactile and picture books.
